Our story
Sayers Design was founded by Craig Sayers and Kamil Jabłecki as an independent underfloor heating design consultancy supporting manufacturers, suppliers and contractors who need reliable technical design capacity.
With over 30 years of combined UFH industry experience, we bring together design, estimating, manufacturing operations, CNC programming, and 3D visualisation expertise — giving us a practical, production-aware understanding of how UFH systems are actually specified, manufactured, and installed.
Having worked within major industry groups, we understand the pressures that come with fluctuating design workloads, tight project deadlines, and the need for consistent technical output. As an independent consultancy, we provide dedicated design support that integrates directly with our clients’ workflows and priorities.
Our focus is simple: to deliver accurate, buildable UFH designs and a responsive service that helps our clients manage workload, reduce bottlenecks, and keep projects moving.
